Communication is the key to success

Our clients believe communication is key to the success of the project. As such we will establish what is your favourite means of communication (phone, email, ticket system) and the frequency of updates you want. Some clients wants a call every day with a quick update, others just want an email once a week, whilst some just want to be able to login into our client portal when is convenient for them and get a snapshot of the current issues being worked on.
